SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING FOR UK ORDERS
Standard UK shipping is included with every order. We use Royal Mail or another suitable service like EVRI depending on availability & cost. This on a First Class Service or equivalent.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
This is something we are still looking into right now, but would love to enable in the near future. As we are just getting started, we want to make sure we iron out any issues before shipping outside of the UK. Please bear with us here.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We will try to ship your order within two working days. Occasionally this may take a little longer as we are an extremely small team who fit this project around other day jobs. Please bear with us but if you need something urgently please do let us know.

PACKAGING MATERIALS
We have taken great care in minimising our environmental footprint and this stretches as far as our packaging. Whilst weatherproof, all packaging is recyclable and contains no plastics so please ensure it ends in the correct paper bin.

If you have any feedback about the packaging we would love to hear about it.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before posting something back, consider whether it would would instead make a cracking birthday or Christmas present. After all, it’s nice to give.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the item is suitably packaged and if required adequately insured.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCHANGES

To keep this little social enterprise as efficient as possible, it is far easier to process a refund and allow you to re-order the correct product than for us to do any product exchanges. With that in mind, we currently operate on a refund only policy.
